Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Re-Design Squad ("we," "us," or "our"), a division of Eurus Media Inc (also operating as Permianweb Digital Marketing). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of redesignsquad.com and the purchase of our web design and digital marketing services.
By accessing our website, purchasing a package, or submitting an intake form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
By using our website and opting into SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Section 02
Our Services
Re-Design Squad specializes in redesigning, optimizing, and formatting websites within third-party builders (e.g., Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, GoDaddy, WordPress).
- Scope of Work: Our services are limited to the deliverables outlined in your selected package (e.g., $99 Rescue, $399 Makeover, $499 Premium) and any purchased add-ons (e.g., Brand Refresh, On-Page SEO, Chat Widgets).
- Existing Platforms: We do not provide hosting, domain registration, or proprietary content management systems. You are responsible for maintaining your subscription with your respective website builder.
Section 03
Client Responsibilities & Access
To perform our services, we require access to your existing website. By purchasing our services, you agree to:
- Provide timely and accurate login credentials, contributor access, or API keys required to edit your website.
- Provide any necessary high-resolution logos, specific copy, or brand assets required for the redesign.
- Respond to revision requests or approvals within a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Note: We treat all login credentials with strict confidentiality and recommend changing your password once our project is complete.
Section 04
Payment and Billing
- All services, including standard packages and add-ons, are billed on a flat-rate basis.
- Payment is required upfront at the time of checkout before work begins.
- All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.
- Because our services involve the immediate application of billable labor and digital expertise, all sales are final once the redesign work has commenced.

SMS Communications and Mobile Data
As part of our project management and client onboarding process, we use SMS text messaging to send order confirmations, project updates, and customer support follow-ups.
- Opt-In: By providing your phone number during checkout or via our intake forms, you consent to receive transactional and informational text messages from Re-Design Squad.

Data Protection:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message you receive from us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all text, images, logos, and data you provide to us for the project. You guarantee that you have the legal right to use any materials you supply.
- Our Deliverables: Upon full payment and completion of the project, the final website design, layouts, and configurations implemented on your platform become your property. We retain the right to use screenshots or links to the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials unless expressly forbidden by a prior written Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Warranties and Limitation of Liability
While we implement industry-standard design principles (e.g., spacing, mobile responsiveness, visual hierarchy) aimed at improving user experience, Re-Design Squad cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, such as exact conversion rates, sales volumes, or specific search engine rankings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eurus Media Inc and Re-Design Squad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or any platform downtimes caused by your website builder (e.g., Wix, Shopify).

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Section 09
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the most recent revision. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
